This post is in response to my brother Matt's comment on the last post. As Julia's adoring uncle, he requested more pictures of her and, I quote, "more info on what she does that is cute and or darling." Well, it has been a while since we wrote a post dedicated to Julie-Baby. I guess I can scrounge up a few pictures and think of something to tell along the lines Matt requested.Um...lately Julia has just gotten into the habit of reciting the Pledge of Allegiance while doing a little tap-dance. Okay, maybe not. But, she does give a "token smile" (as Amber dubbed it) to anyone and everyone she sees. Then she continues to smile. (Although a few weeks ago she burst into tears every time Lili started to sing to her. Hmmm, we think she may have just been tired??) She laughs like crazy when her rooster puppet talks to her. (His name is "Pup" short for puppet. Jonny named him.) She seeks out tags on blankets, dolls, and anything else and searches for them if you take the items away. She LOVES her daddy and the sound of his voice. It is nearly impossible to nurse when he is anywhere in the vicinity. At the slightest sigh from him, she jerks away and searches for her daddy. She has just gotten into the habit of sucking on her bottom lip, as shown in the first picture below. But probably the most "cute and or darling" thing she does lately happens when I get her from her crib every morning. She lifts her head up and peeks between the slats, giving me her biggest smile and sometimes a giggle. Naturally, I snatch her up and kiss her repeatedly.

it's so fun to watch as these little munchers grow up. every day is full of fun discoveries! julia is a doll, can't wait to see you both soon!

She is so cute. We missed her at cooking club. Hope all is well. Hannah sucked her lip till she was like 10. She seems like the happiest baby ever. Good job. And tell Lili to stop singing to her. :)
She better get used to Lili singing because she does it A LOT! I of course LOVE these and would like more like these on the blog soon. I can't miss a thing. And I was there when the lip sicking began, I think. We have great video footage.

Your baby? SO cute. And I'm a baby snob, because both of mine were beautiful. So I don't compliment just any baby. Julia has well and truly earned the title of absolutely adorable.
Oh I really needed to see what she was up to also. She is getting more hair! I love it! She makes the cutest faces.
Tell your baby she is kind of fat, and I love it. All the rolls, it is precious. And I am sorry about the singing, but you have to admit, it was kind of funny...

Oh that baby Ju Ju. We can't get enough of her over here! My favorite trick of her's is when she kicks me like a horse when I hold her on my hip. She is the kickenest baby I've ever seen!
