I can't thank you enough...
A few days ago my friend Summer told me of a trick her sister does in order to get a diaper on her big boys. You just kneel up over your large, wild, baby with his head between your knees (or his stomach, whatever works. Sometimes I have to lightly hold his arms down with my legs.) then change his diaper upside down. The baby will probably fuss, and the upside down part is a little tricky at first. But it is much better than the alternative - which would be to fight a defiant toddler for several minutes to get a diaper on and end up with him screaming and you completely exhausted. So thanks a million, Summer!

Interesting. I always just pin the legs down between my legs and take them up one by one. But I'm sure upside down would be interesting.
very clever!! I have been lucky not to have defiant diaper changers, but I will definitely file that away...it's bound to happen eventually!
You are welcome. Glad that it is working.
