I asked Julia to quickly close the door so we could keep the flies out. Instead she stretched out her arms and legs, blocking the entrance of any flies that dare to pass. "Mom, me just keep flies out like
this."

I heard that all the flyswatters in local stores are sold out. Luckily we have a guitar shaped one I bought in Branson years ago - just in case any lucky ones make it past Julia.

HA! Get her over here! You guys need to get our electrical one.
Small children...flyswatters... It's all the same, right? Well, all the same to the flies perhaps.
Ha!! She looks fierce! I guess if you ever need her out of your hair for 10 minutes you can just tell her to go be a flyswatter for a while :)
Yeah, maybe Julia can just ask the flies to leave. They might...
At least you don't have to worry about thousands of mosquitoes flying in. That's one thing we miss about Utah.
Ha! Maggie is obsessed with flies. I think the flies look at her and think, "that girl couldn't hurt a fly" because for some reason flies trust her and don't fly away when she walks up to them. She has caught several flies and it blows my mind. Julia looks innocent and trusting too...so maybe she's a better fly swatter than you realize :) Except that it really disgusts me that Maggie likes to pick flies up.
KC just said the other day that we could use a Julia-swatter around here. Big flies in a small house is very annoying. That girl is hilarious. I wish she could come over and play.
